Green Long March 2010 Route Fact Sheet

This 12 page report describes the route activities of the 2010 Green Long March, China’s largest youth-led green action campaign. Over 5,000 students from 80 universities promoted regional solutions to climate change across eight routes. Now in its fourth year, the Green Long March also awarded 65 Green Seed Awards to mobilize student environmental groups to conduct research and development in finding local solutions.

 

 

Computer and Broadband Use in West Virginia: Initial Summary Report

This eight-page report features results of a baseline study to better understand computer and broadband use in West Virginia. This study was conducted as part of a new project of the Future Generations Graduate School to expand broadband and educational access to rural communities across West Virginia through partnerships with 60 volunteer fire departments.

Cusco, Peru: Child and Maternal Health Impact Report

This eight page report summarizes the strategy and impact of the Nexos Project, a four-year program in rural Cusco that linked 28 rural primary care health facilities with 258 communities and 17 municipal governments to improve maternal and child health. This project was funded from 2005-2009 by the United States Agency of International Development (USAID) Child Survival and Health Grants Program.
