Sera Monastery

The Lhalu Wetlands with Sera Monastery in the background as seen from the back entrance to the Potala. Looking north from the Potala, one gazes over numerous rooftops to the green Lhalu Wetlands that lie at the base of the northern hills. Grazing here has now stopped.
