View from the Top of Mount Everest

When Dan'l Taylor, Executive Director of Future Generations and Future Generations Graduate School, saw this full screen panorama from the top of Mount Everest—he was deeply moved, saying:  "For 270 degrees of view in this photo, to as far as the eye can see, it was such a privilege to be the lead person in creating the two major national parks in two countries that protected the Mount Everest ecosystem. I looked across the valleys in this photo, an area the size of Switzerland, and realized I'd done fieldwork in virtually every valley shown, protecting four of the world's six highest mountains."
