This 22 minute video decribes a vital new protected area at the headwaters of the Yangtze, Mekong, Salween, Brahmaputra rivers and presents a new approach to nature conservation. Please contact Future Generations if you would like to purchase a copy. Video on the Biological Ascent of the Gama Valley in the Qomolangma National Nature Preserve. This 50 minute video follows a Future Generations field team as they make the biological ascent fo the Gama Valley since it was first surveyed by Westerners in 1921. They climb from the "real base" of Qomolangma (Mt. Everest) at the confluence of the Gama and Arun rivers (7450 feet) to where the biology ends at 18,000 feet.
