Future Generations' organizational structure is shaped by its values and understanding of community-based change. Future Generations seeks a decentralized structure where decisions are made at the field level rather than at office headquarters, where flexible work schedules allow staff to accommodate family and community involvement, and where there is direct and close contact between its global operations and all staff as well as between staff and members of the Board of Trustees.
